It is better to do this with your ring finger, as it is more difficult for them to press on the skin too hard.

Day cream should be applied no later than half an hour before going outside. Nighttime is used no later than an hour before bedtime, and 2-3 hours, when you are awake, your muscles are mobile, then the cream is well absorbed. But if you apply it and immediately go to bed, your muscles will relax. At the same time, microcirculation will slow down, and edema may appear in the morning, especially around the eyes.

Until the age of 25, night cream is not needed at all. At this age, the skin perfectly regenerates itself. In the evening, it is enough to cleanse and rub the skin with a toner.
